Prices shown on our website are for informational purposes and are not a binding offer. Because IT hardware pricing moves quickly, the price shown when you're browsing may differ slightly from the price at the time your order is processed.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a confirmed sale. We reserve the right to verify pricing and availability, issue a revised quote, limit quantities, or decline an order for any reason before it's confirmed in writing. We are not obligated to honor a price that was listed incorrectly.

Orders within Canada are billed in Canadian dollars. Orders from outside Canada are billed in US dollars.

Warranty

ITHS Provider makes no additional warranty beyond what is stated by the original manufacturer for each product. While we work to keep product listings accurate, this website may occasionally contain typographical errors or outdated information, and product images may not always reflect the exact item shipped.

Manufacturer warranties apply to your purchase as provided by the original equipment manufacturer. Beyond that, ITHS Provider does not offer additional warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Export Compliance

Products purchased from ITHS Provider may be subject to export control laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable export and import laws, including any restrictions on the resale or shipment of products to certain countries or end users.

Returns

Claims

Any claim brought against ITHS Provider will be handled in the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Payment and Charges

By placing an order, you authorize ITHS Provider to charge the payment method provided for the cost of the order, applicable shipping charges, and any restocking or additional charges tied to a return, as outlined in our Return Policy.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, along with our Return Policy and any written order confirmation, represent the entire agreement between the customer and ITHS Provider regarding the purchase, superseding any prior discussions or agreements.
