Our customers are determined by the Business Policies or Terms and Conditions, and through any agreement for the purchases that they make from ITHS Provider. Customer agrees to accept all Terms and Conditions by placing an order.

Prices

All prices displayed on the Website are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to changes resulting from supplier adjustments, manufacturer pricing updates, currency fluctuations, market volatility, typographical errors, system errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

Due to the highly dynamic nature of the ICT industry, product pricing and availability may change between the time of listing and the time of order processing. The placement of an order by a customer constitutes an offer to purchase and shall not be deemed accepted unless and until expressly confirmed in writing by the Company.

Upon receipt of any order, we reserve the absolute and unconditional right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Verify and revalidate the price and availability of the product(s);

  • Issue a revised quotation reflecting the current market price;

  • Cancel, suspend, or refuse the order in whole or in part;

  • Limit quantities;

  • Decline acceptance of any order for any reason whatsoever.

In the event of a pricing error, misprint, system malfunction, incorrect listing, or any other inaccuracy, we shall not be bound by the incorrect price and shall have no liability arising from such error. The Company shall not be obligated to supply any product at an incorrect or outdated price.

No contract shall be formed, and no obligation shall arise, unless and until the Company provides written confirmation of acceptance and payment has been successfully received and verified.

As we work worldwide. Inside of Canada, you can pay in Canadian Dollars (CAD), and Outside of Canada, you can pay in American Dollars (USD).

Warranty
ITHS Provider makes no warranty of any sort relating to the information displayed on this website. Whereas it is certified by ITHS Provider for the accuracy of data, this website may contain typographical fallacies and technical inaccuracies. In addition, images may not represent actual products.

Manufacturer Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to your purchase. ITHS Provider disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and suitability for a specific purpose.

Liabilities
In no case, ITHS Provider will be responsible for any damages induced by any product or failure of such product to act upon, certainly not warned of the possibility of such damage and irrespective of the nature of accountability under which such damages may be demanded.

Returns
Customer need to accept to follow the ITHS Provider Policy to ask a Return Product Authorization Number i.e. RMA# from ITHS Provider, before trying to return any product. See Returning a Product for further details and to proceed with the return procedure.

Claims
If customer is making any claim against ITHS Provider, they agree that the venue for such claims will be On, Canada

Customer Credit Card Charges
If needed, our clients allow ITHS Provider to charge their Credit Card for any Restocking, Over Good, or other charges; in any case, the cost of products, to consider shipping charges for any product, returned.
